Ivyrep is not maintained anymore. Removing entirely the ivyrep resolver is not a good option though, since some may use it with a different root maybe to access an enterprise repository. ,So the ivyrep resolver should not use ivyrep.jayasoft.org as default root anymore, and make the use of the root mandatory.
