[jira] [Resolved] (HBASE-16307) Metrics for overall replication backlog length

Zheng Hu resolved HBASE-16307.
------------------------------
    Resolution: Won't Fix

The storage layer won't maintain any metric now , metrics of replication are maintained by upper-layer, such as ReplicationSource.

> With Zookeeper storing replication information, we have been able to use the znode count as a stand-in for the volume of replication that has yet to occur. It would be nice to (a) maintain a similar metric with the new replication implementation, and possibly (b) improve upon that metric by making it an intentional indicator of replication.
