   ## Description
   
   Complete the remaining distributed GeoDataFrame operations tracked by #2230:
   
   - `GeoDataFrame.explode`
   - `GeoDataFrame.overlay`
   - top-level `geopandas.overlay`
   
   The implementation should use native Spark and Sedona expressions so geometry rows remain distributed. It must not collect geometry data to the driver or use Python row UDFs.
   
   `overlay` should support `intersection`, `union`, `identity`, `symmetric_difference`, and `difference`, including GeoPandas-compatible schema, CRS, validity, and `keep_geom_type` behavior. `GeoDataFrame.explode` should preserve attributes, geometry metadata, and index options while expanding geometry parts.
   
   Related to #2230 and follows the `GeoSeries.explode` work in #3157.
