CS572 class projects

Hi Guys,

FYI: I'm having some of my students look at contributions to SIS in my
CS572: Search Engines course at USC this summer, so we may get some influx
of patches to jump start the work. I'll step up on getting them in SVN
commit-ready form.

I'm going to also input some issues tomorrow RE: creating an SIS logo,
fixing up the website to use Maven and some other stuff.

Just wanted to let you all know.
