So should the push be 4.1.11 or 4.2.0-Dev3?

I've started this list:

https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/Blocker+issues+4.2.0

Will now add the classified blockers also.

I would simply start with the list of Release Blockers:

https://bz.apache.org/ooo/buglist.cgi?bug_status=CONFIRMED&bug_status=ACCEPTED&bug_status=REOPENED&bug_status=RESOLVED&bug_status=VERIFIED&bug_status=CLOSED&f1=flagtypes.name&list_id=248770&o1=substring&order=changeddate%20DESC%2Cbug_id%20DESC&query_based_on=4.2.0_blocker_requested%2B&query_format=advanced&resolution=---&resolution=FIXED&v1=4.2.0_release_blocker

please not as mails. IMHO this will end in a total mess and nobody is
able to keep the overview. ;-)

Better to create a Confluence page, start with the list of opened and
targeted issues [1]. Then we can discuss which issues we can fix for 4.2.0.

Yes, 4.2.0-Dev3 would simply be an official "snapshot" of what we have
in branch AOO42X.

4.1.11 needs a lot more work to be released.

IMO there are a couple more issues like hyperlink protocols to always allow to look into before 4.1.11 builds. So, if you are looking to build right now then 4.2.0dev.

Maybe a thread on the release blockers for 4.2.0?

All The Best,
