Patching properties
Has anyone written a tool to apply patches created by svn diff in such
a way as to patch the properties along with the file content?

That's promising, however I looked at the project roadmap and it looks
like svnpatch is slated for 1.6, now. Is that accurate?

Last summer there was a Summer Of Code project sponsored by Google.
This project focused on creating a patch format which contains
instructions for Subversion to apply a full tree change to a working
copy. The result of this project has been integrated into the trunk
version. This means the functionality will 'hit the streets' with
version 1.5.
