   @stevedlawrence I am not sure how we want to play this PR with the Debugger Rework PR.
   
   This is because if we merge in the Rework PR the `README.md` would need updated because the `unzip` command will no be needed since the debugger run via extension file. 
   
   So maybe would want to get Debugger Rework merged first then I can update this branch to update the `README.md` to take in a count the change?
