Subject: [ACS 42] Base Line metrics for QA execution

I have posted some baseline metrics [1] on Test case execution, pass rates and defect incoming rates etc. Pl review. I took data from execution reports that community has submitted. If I miss any by mistake pl do send report to ML and I can update and post latest metrics. Appreciate all the hard work from community on testing and providing test plans/test results, logging defects and closing them.

By no means these are full metrics but these are core metrics which would help future releases to get better at planning and help to build quality.
