   As highlighted in [this PR](https://github.com/apache/camel-k-runtime/pull/648#discussion_r612501268), we may have some `null` in `SourceType`, probably leaked from the same Camel K operator which does not set the value for all sources. We should investigate where it happens and make sure all `Source`s have proper type value set.
   
   We can also improve the same [`SourceType` enum](https://github.com/apache/camel-k-runtime/blob/master/camel-k-core/api/src/main/java/org/apache/camel/k/SourceType.java) to have a more reliable sorting strategy than the one based on [enum's ordinal](https://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/java/lang/Enum.html#ordinal()).
