   I think we must give the cdc stream like Option2. Otherwise some cases can not be supported.
   
   For example, a bank need to do some trade health analysis. During a fixed period of time, account A does nothing, while account B trades hundreds of times, but the final amount of B is not changed. With Option 1, the analysis results of A and B is the same, that is not right.
   
   We give the all cdc information,  but it's up to the customer to decide whether to use it or not.
