CFP: OSPP 2023 contributor applications open!

Hi team,

Contributor applications for Open Source Promotion (OSPP) 2023 [1] are now
open!

Open-source beginners or anyone interested in Pulsar are welcome to apply
from now until **June 3 15:00 UTC+8**.

This year we have a new project called *Optimizing the Findability of
Pulsar Documentation with SEO Strategies* [2].
