messagerouter and rpcrouter

What is different between rpcrouter and messagerouter?

PROTOTYPE of provider of messagerouter is fixed. Is this?
Prototype is "methodName(Envelope env, SOAPContext reqCtx, SOAPContext resCtx)".

providers of messagerouter access resCtx directly, but providers of rpcrouter return a result object as normal other methods return. Is this?

Or my poor understanding of SOAP 1.1 spec,
about RPC message and non-RPC message?

I can't understand why messagerouter and rpcrouter is separated..
Please tell me what means.

Thanks beforehand.
