[Issue 127804] Calc crashes trying to open password-protected .ods file with non-english file name.

I cannot confirm with the following configuration.

Intel (R) Pentium(R) CPU 4405U @2.10GHz, 2112MHz, 2(Core(s) 4 Logical
Processors
Total Physical Memory 8.00 GB
Operating System: Windows 10 Home OS Build 10.0.16299.371 Version 1803
Apache Open Office:
AOO415m1(Build:9789)  -  Rev. 1817496

Additional Language Packs: None

When I open the attached file the password message box opened completely
allowing me to enter the password and the file opened fine.
