BouncyCastle Library for Synapse

Hi Folks,

Currently Synapse distribution consists of 3 different versions of the bcprov (BouncyCastle) jar.

1. org.bouncycastle:bcprov-jdk15on:jar:1.49:compile (Added recently to support OCSP/CRL - See SYNAPSE-954)
2. bouncycastle:bcprov-jdk15:jar:140:compile (Rampart dependency)
3. org.bouncycastle:bcprov-jdk15:jar:1.45:compile (Transitive dependency coming through Synapse -> Rampart -> OpenSAML)

Can we remove the third one from the distribution?
