karaf-maven-plugin docs

Many months late I finally documented how the packagings work in the karaf-maven-plugin in the manual.

It would be really useful is someone could look through this and maybe try out the packagings.  There might easily be gaps or errors.

One odd bit is that the karaf-assembly packaging is mostly documented as a packaging under custom-distributions whereas the other mojos/goals are documented individually.  The install-kars mojo/goal is not documented except as part of the custom-distributions page.

I wonder if

-- I should move the explanation of how install-kars works to a different page like the other mojos
-- we should drop the explanation of old-style assemblies, or maybe put it on a separate page.

I'm also not sure why custom-distributions isn't under the karaf-maven-plugin page.

I'm working on a demo for building and deploying Kars on 2.2.x and
3.0.x, I'll review the docs as they related to both lines :)
