Currently, a java exception is thrown on the following query where the second parameter is incorrect:
select dayofyear(trunc('2014-11-11', string_col)) from functional.alltypestiny limit 1;
The original planner catches this and throws an Invalid Truncate Unit message. Calcite planner should do the same.
