The HTTP Cookie Manager stores a different set of cookies for each thread --
which ones would it show in the GUI?

The GUI is only for cookies manually added there before the start of the test
plan, not for the ones that get received and resent during the test.

I'm transforming this into a low-priority enhancement request to do some GUI
change to clarify this.
