I installed open meeting on my dedicated server from shell and configure it on moodle. Installation done successfully but when I upload any file from open meeting in moodle this error occur.

[IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032]

Please any one one tell me how to resolve it. screen shot is attach
