   ### What problem does this feature solve?
   
   When a bar series uses two axes of type `value`, the bars are always aligned vertically (bottom to top). The only way I found to change this is to set one axis to be of type `category`.
   
   Is there a way to accomplish this with the current API?
   
   ### What does the proposed API look like?
   
   one option: similar to the bar series' `label.rotate` property, there's a property `itemStyle.rotate` to set the orientation of the bars.
   another option: similar to `barWidth` there's a property `barRotation`.
