STR: 
1) Install old version regarding environment 
2) Enable AD security 
3) Make ambari only upgrade 
4) Disable security 
5) Add new Node 
6) Add ZK server on added node. 
7)Try to start Added ZK server

Actual result:
ZOOKEEPER_SERVER START is failed after upgrade from 2.1.1 to 2.4.0.0 and making adding ZK server
