   Cases of job stop and drop:
   1. stop DistSQL
   2. stop DistSQL + commit / rollback DistSQL
   3. commit / rollback DistSQL
   4. delete job node from registry center directly (not by DistSQL)
   
   When job is dropped, related PostgreSQL / openGauss replication slots should be dropped too.
