0.10.0 to Apache releases

Description:
We r trying to get Apache Mahout 0.10.0 release out to the mirrors.
1. I have checked out https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/mahout
2. Added a folder 0.10.0
3. Got the distribution artifacts from https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/releases/org/apache/mahout/mahout-distribution/0.10.0/
4. copied the artifacts to the folder created in (2)
5. svn add
6. svn commit

We need to get this release out in the next few hours, please treat this as Critical.
