While fixing JIRA TRAFODION-2267, I noticed that the DDL Messages section of the Messages Guide is very out-of-date. Some message texts have changed (examples: 1008, 1013). Some message texts need to change because they refer to obsolete concepts (example: 1002). Some descriptions need to change because they refer to obsolete functionality (example: 1003). And most of the messages above 1310 are simply missing.
