[UX][Discuss]Keep fedelity of text anchor and text alignment properties in shapes between AOO and MSO

Hi All,

I'm writing for disscuss how to map text anchor and text alignment
properties from AOO to MS Office.
If we use AOO to load a Excel file contain a custom shape, which has
text inside, we could set text anchor properties for the shape, but saving
it back to xls will not keep these properties completely. The issue
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=119728 is about this problem.
AOO has both text anchor and text alignment properties for shapes,
while Excel only has text alignment. Currently, horizontal properties of
MSO text alignment for shapes is mapped to AOO text alignment, while
vertical properties of MSO text alignment is mapped to vertical properties
of text anchor in AOO (they appear the same). Then, horizontal properties
of text anchor is more than MSO, and could not keep when saving as MS
format. From appearance, horizontal properties of text alignment and text
anchor is somewhat confusing, although they are different.
According to above, I 'd like to ask what use is by setting both text
anchor and text alignment properties in AOO, and would this feature be
re-designed to keep fedelity between AOO and MSO?

Thanks!

Tan Li
