[I] Support for user agent [spark-connect-go]
grundprinzip opened a new issue, #53:

In the `client_type` proto we submit in the form of the user agent header information about the calling client. For example operating system, client version, client language etc.
It should follow the approach in PySpark: https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/python/pyspark/sql/connect/client/core.py#L264-L290
