Looking at how we can try to avoid this type of thing happening in
future i see these samples are using the Tuscany OSGi test plugin so
shouldn't that have picked up the manifest problems and failed the
tests?

The OSGi import of javax.xml.namespace is missing in core-databinding bundle. As a result, the dynamic osgi calculator samples fail with 2.0-M5 distro.
