Infra has upgraded JIRA for us.  This should allow for some cool new
stuff like bulk resolution and closing of issues.

I was going to point that out, but I figured I'd wait until after the release :)
It looks like there may also be a better alternative to the "Provide
Patch" workflow.   Jeff posted something about custom fields.
