   ### Description
   
   I'm editing a persistence.xml and it first displays a warning about the target server not being set which I have to click off and then select View->Editor->Source
   
   It's a pain to do this every time I want to see the src main persistence.xml and the test persistence.xml file.
   
   I have the the src build, can you tell me where I could look to put a System property guard? 
   I can PR.

   When I open the persistence.xml I just want to see the XML with the option of seeing the GUI editor.

   I looked around and grokked the code but couldn't find anything.
