ANNOUNCE: KinoSearch 0.30_101 released

KinoSearch 0.30_101 has been released to CPAN, and should be coming to a mirror
near you soon.

This is a bug-fix release, with no new features.

  Bugfixes:

    * r6044, r6046-6048: fixes to Build process for compiler values
      other than 'cc'.
    * r6078: fix BitCollector bug, where segment offset was ignored.
    * r6079-6081: Fix problem with corruption of the Perl stack by
      Host_callback().
