I just uploaded neon-0.11.0.tar.gz to the 'downloads' page on our
site.
However, I had to *guess* at the URL to fetch the package from neon's
website. Neon is now at 0.15.X, and we're using a version that is so
old, there's no direct link anymore.
Joe, Gstein, is it safe to use 0.15? Anyone volunteer to test the
latest? (Hint: you'll need to tweak autogen/autoconf to expect a
newer version number.)

You could have got autogen.sh to tell you it with a quick 'mv neon foo'
:)

The ra_dav code needs updating quite a bit to work with 0.15 (mostly for
a major symbol rename but some other API changes too). I've been meaning
to do it for a while...
