[Bug 3254] New: Spam not being scored by spamd because of failure in SPF plugin

http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3254

Summary: Spam not being scored by spamd because of failure in SPF
                    plugin
           Product: Spamassassin
Version: SVN Trunk (Latest Devel Version)
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P5
         Component: spamc/spamd
        AssignedTo: spamassassin-dev@incubator.apache.org
        ReportedBy: graham@gmurray.org.uk

I have started seeing Spam with no Spassassin headers. Looking at the spamd
output, I see the following line logged for each such mail.

i: SPF: lookup failed: Insecure dependency in require while running setuid at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.3/utf8_heavy.pl line 156.

Even if this is actually a problems with Mail::SPF::Query (I am running 1.996),
I do not think that it should prevent the mail being classified by spamd.
