Run the application below. When using mx:DividedBox and including spark datagrid as child, resizing the divided box, in some cases, doesn't draw the datagrid's horizontal scroll bar.

Originally saw in 4.10.0 using Flash Builder 4.7. Verified still in nightly build on 10/24/2013 (targeted for 4.12).
