Procmail rules to subscribe/unsubscribe an SA service and to init sa db with a perl script able to check Maildirs.

Hi,

I am testing SA + procmail in my lab. Your tools to manage site with 
maildirs and not mbox on sa wiki are rare. So I wrote some procmails 
rules and a script which do sa-learn for my "small" site (300 mailboxes,
5000 mails/day) based on courrier+postfix.

If some wanna try them, I let my 2 cents tools on my web pages :
