Letter Spacing / Condensed Text


Three questions:

Can the current version of FOP adjust letter spacing in words?

Can the current version of FOP condense text, that is, adjust the font width
by percentage?

If one or both of the above are not possible, what are some ideas on how I
could make such adjustments to the FOP code to allow such things?
