patch with MultiRowRangeFilter attached;
3 test cases are added
semicolon is used as ranges delimiter
comma is used as start-end range delimiter
syntax of the parameter:
--range=[startKey],[endKey][;[startKey],[endKey]...]]
example:
--range=\x00row1,\x00row3;\x00row5,\x00row8
