Calm down, Elon Musk 😄It isn’t an SSN and SQL doesn’t make it a unique situation. 
Duplicate display names are generally fine, identity should stay tied to uid. 
Email login makes sense, provided local signup verifies email. **I believe production grade deployments enforce SSO-only**. @aicam can clarify further if needed
