[CInclude] Configuring PreemptiveLoaderAction

hi,

i'm using CInclude with the PreemptiveLoaderAction enabled.

my question now is, how the action recognizes that it has
to reload the cached source file?

does anyone has an idea or is there a parameter i can
pass-through for that reason?
