[ANNOUNCE] New Apache Hadoop committers - Ray Chiang and Subramaniam Krishnan

On behalf of the Apache Hadoop PMC, I am very pleased to announce that Ray
Chiang and Subramaniam Krishnan (Subru) have been elected to be committers
on the Apache Hadoop project recognizing their sustained contributions to
the project.
