[jira] [Commented] (CMIS-533) Allow a namespace to be added to the xml header

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CMIS-533?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13281651#comment-13281651 ]

Florian Müller commented on CMIS-533:
-------------------------------------

Something like that would be very AtomPub specific. We cannot do that for the Web Services binding and it is not relevant for the Browser Binding.

There is currently no entry point for such overarching, binding specific modifications of the response. We could set the namespaces per CMIS object (Atom Entry) if that helps. It would be difficult to do that for an Atom feed.

> I see a way to add a custom namespace to an object, as demonstrated by the example in http://chemistry.apache.org/java/how-to/how-to-add-extension.html, but I don't see a way to add it to the xml header (so it only appears once per response document)
