Here's an example I found from the Sun spec. What data from the POM should be used though? I can't think any elements which fit this requirement. Maybe groupId?
Implementation-Vendor-Id: com.sun
Implementation-Vendor: Sun Microsystems, Inc
Implementation-Version: 1.0
