WSDL schema validation error

We have a customer using some Tibco software that fails validating our WSDL.
The issue is the one described by JIRA AXIS2-3972 "Schema Compliance
Failes". They are insisting that validation work. Is there a workaround
other than turning validation off? Will this bug get fixed any time soon?

This seems to already have been fixed as part of the 1.5 release process, and
should be in all subsequent versions.  Please let us know if you continue to
have this problem with 1.5.2!
