It would be nice to mix CAMEL-12794 and CAMEL-12795 to create a "kamel run --dev Source.java" that:
 * Deploys the integration with a sidecar strategy
 * Waits for the deployment to be running
 * Displays the logs in the console
 * Listen for changes in the source file and triggers a redeploy, so that changes are immediately visible
