I have updated the app to prompt and install optional components(BlazeDS, FontSWF, OSMF and TLF).  

I have tested it as much as I could think of.  I would love more testing.  Please download the code here:  https://github.com/bigosmallm/MakeApacheFlexForFlashBuilder.  

Also, feedback on the UI/UX would be appreciated as well.
