Hello Nenad,

But before anything happens, please test your use case a local build
from git master or a snapshot builds from
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/commons-fileupload/commons-fileupload/1.6.1-SNAPSHOT/

Out of curiosity, which issue (see changes.xml) do you want to address
and does the current build address it?

I'll put that on my to do list for the end of this week. Once I create a
release candidate, the vote is open with a minimum 72 hours wwindows.
