Question and answer with Meridio support about shipping wsdls and xsds along with the Meridio Connector sources.  Looks like it 
isn't going to be possible.

I therefore suggest checking in the axis and castor generated code into Apache SVN, in lieu of these wsdls.  That will mean that 
only contributors with access to a functioning Meridio system will be able to work on this connector, but that seems like a 
given anyway.
