Most of the Xerces features which are set via DOMBuilder::setFeature are global 
options which control the action of the parser or builder every time it 
executes. The user-adopts-DOMDocument feature is different from these: invoking 
it adopts the current document only. This needs to be made clear in the 
documentation.
