To replicate the issue:

{{JsonTreeReader}}
- {{Schema Access Strategy}} property, default value: {{Infer Schema}}
- {{Schema Inference Cache}} property, depends on the {{Infer Schema}} value of {{Schema Access Strategy}}

When I add the CS and open the Properties tab, {{Schema Inference Cache}} should be seen but is does not show up.
If I switch to another {{Schema Access Strategy}} and then back to {{Infer Schema}}, {{Schema Inference Cache}} property appears. To make it permanent, I need to save the other {{Schema Access Strategy}} first.
