[PR] Add ARRAY_REVERSE, ARRAY_MAX and ARRAY_MIN SQL functions [geaflow]

   ## What changed
   
   - Added built-in SQL UDFs for ARRAY_REVERSE, ARRAY_MAX, and ARRAY_MIN.
   - Registered the new array functions in BuildInSqlFunctionTable.
   - Added tests covering normal and edge cases.
   
   ## Behavior
   
   - ARRAY_REVERSE(null) returns null.
   - ARRAY_REVERSE preserves null elements while reversing order.
   - ARRAY_MAX and ARRAY_MIN ignore null elements.
   - ARRAY_MAX and ARRAY_MIN return null for null, empty, or all-null arrays.
   
   ## Tests
   
   Executed the array UDF test suite successfully.
   
   Fixes #792
