[jira] [Created] (REEF-940) Create .NET job resource uploader using IFileSystem

Anupam created REEF-940:
---------------------------

Summary: Create .NET job resource uploader using IFileSystem
                 Key: REEF-940
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/REEF-940
             Project: REEF
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: REEF.NET Client
            Reporter: Anupam
            Assignee: Anupam

We can implement a generic solution for job resource uploader using IFileSystem such that any user can just provide their IFileSystem implementation instead of understanding how REEF assembles job resource and how to archive and upload the resource file.
