Timezone keeps changing to UTC

Hi Guys.

I have a bit of a weird one for you.

Only one of our servers changes its timezone to UTC when logging in via RDP through Guacamole.

Through RDP it works and does not change.  I tried setting the timezone through the connection settings but it just keeps changing it to UTC.

Anyone seen this before?
